By far one of the hardest things about planning your wedding (and probably the most tedious) is setting the budget! It's great to dream of the perfect wedding, but you have to be very realistic and come to terms with the money you have available.
There is no magic formula that works for all marriages, each choice is personal and respectable, which is why I have prepared for you an interactive and customisable PDF with spending percentages for each category, this tool will help you understand how to spend the money available without leaving anything to chance.
I will briefly explain how the PDF is interactive:
You will have to just add the available budget in the main box, the table will be automatically updated with the available money for each category. You will find estimated spending percentages, you can of course prioritise and change the percentages according to what you consider most important.
Do you prefer a designer dress? a crazy floral arrangement? fancy invitations?
The last column is “verification”, each time you make a payment, you must add the actual expenditure in that column, This way, you will have your expenses under control and be able to assess whether it will be necessary to move money from one category to another.
