STEP BY STEP
PROCESS
I have worked with many couples, even remotely, and this experience has allowed me to develop an efficient workflow that will guide you through the entire process, even if you are far away. Below, you will find an overview of the journey, from the quota request to receiving your invitations.
STEP 1
CONSULTATION & BOOKING
Fill out the questionnaire to receive a personalised quote. To confirm the booking, payment of the fixed service fee is required.
STEP 2
SKETCHES & INSPIRATION
Send me photos, colours, fonts, and elements you like. With this information, I will create a first sketch that represents the aesthetic and design of the invitations. You can request changes to any detail to tailor the project to your preferences.
STEP 3
GRAPHIC PROJECT
Once the graphic proposal is approved, I will proceed with developing the agreed-upon project. During the process, I will send you digital drafts that we will refine together based on your feedback. The illustrations, already defined, cannot be substantially modified, but adjustments or corrections can be made. You will still be able to modify details such as layout, text, and accessories (ribbons, envelopes, etc.). Once the final project and quantities are confirmed, I will send you the final balance to cover printing and shipping costs.
STEP 4
PRINTING, ASSEMBLY & SHIPPING
After the final payment, I will take care of the printing and assembly, including handwritten envelopes, ribbons, embossing stamps, and wax seals. Once everything is ready, I will ship your invitations via tracked express courier.

It is possible to order the Wedding Suite in two phases: first the invitations, and then the other graphic elements. Each additional graphic element (such as menus, place cards, table cards, etc.) will have a separate layout cost. Printing and shipping of the graphic materials will be invoiced at the time of printing, based on quantities.
Additional illustrations, beyond those included in the initial package, will be quoted separately.

Includes the design creation for invitations/participations, regardless of the number of elements and design.
The price is fixed and does not vary based on the number of elements. This cost covers only the initial design phase of the invitations, including one (1) custom illustration and the potential addition of floral elements to complete the design. - Adaptation and Layout cad €15
Adaptation of the created design for the invitations, applied to the various wedding elements.
Adapting the design to the various wedding elements: menus, place cards, table numbers, programmes, etc...
Each graphic adaptation has a cost of €15. - Additional illustrations (linear) from €90
Creation of new linear illustrations from a photo, without colour, gradients, or textures.
This cost applies to each additional illustration requested beyond the one included in the initial cost, for example, the illustration of the church. - Additional illustrations (watercolour) from €150
Creation of new watercolour illustrations from a photo, without colour, gradients, or textures.
This cost applies to each additional illustration requested beyond the one included in the initial cost, for example, the illustration of the church. - Map (linear) from €160
Creation of a map with linear illustrations, without colour, shading, or textures.
Digital drawing of 3-4 landmarks + surrounding elements. - Map (watercolour) from €200

PRODUCTION COSTS ARE EXCLUDED,
WHICH WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON THE CHOSEN PAPER, ACCESSORIES, AND PRINTING METHOD.

Customised illustrations
Linear illustration
Hand-drawn or digitally illustrated, the ideal option for elegant and simple invitations. This type of illustration can be printed using all available printing methods (digital, letterpress, and foil).
Watercolour illustration
Watercolour or digital illustration. Due to the colour gradients, this type of illustration can only be printed with digital printing. I recommend textured paper, as its roughness will provide the ideal appearance.
Examples of customisation.
I can create a monogram, include floral designs, or create an illustration of the venue, the church, or any special place.
