PROCESS
STEP BY STEP
I have worked with many couples, most of them at distance, experience has helped me develop an efficient working method, designed to follow and guide you throughout the process even if you are many kilometres away. Below I will briefly explain how everything works, from requesting a quote until the receipt of your invitations and paper goods.
STEP 1
CONSULTATION & BOOKING
After filling in the questionnaire (which you will find below), I will send you a personalized quote, it is very important to fill in all fields carefully, providing me with all the necessary information. You can always reach me out if you have any doubts or questions, keep in mind that I work with 4 couples per month, in order to follow them properly. To book the service you will have to pay the design fee.
STEP 2
SKETCHES & INSPIRATION
Since you have already told me a little bit about yourself and what you expect, let’s go a little further. Send me photos, colors, fonts and any other element you may like; they can be flowers, landscapes, even spaces or furnishings, these elements will help me to build an “inspiration mood board and sketch”, which will be the basis for designing your Wedding Suite. You will find the general aesthetic of the project and a first sketch of your invitations. In this way I can assure you that you will like the graphic project 100%.
STEP 3
GRAPHIC PROJECT
Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to develop the agreed graphic design project. During the process, you will receive digital drafts which will be refined following your feedback and comments. Once the graphics and the relative quantities will be confirmed, I’ll calculate the printing and shipping costs in order to send everything in production.
STEP 4
PRINTING, ASSEMBLY & SHIPPING
Once I receive the final payment, I will send your invitations to be printed, I’ll then work on the assembly: hand-written envelopes, hand sealing wax… I’ll take care of the embellishment of each element. The assembly service is included in the price. When everything is ready, I will pack and ship your invitations with traceable express courier, once received you will not have to do anything other than deliver them to your guests! ___ It is possible to order your Wedding Suite in different moments, first the invitations and then any wedding paper good that you may required, you will pay for printing and shipping cost, just when the pieces are actually printed, according to the final quantities.

I can create a monogram, include floral designs, or create an illustration of the venue, the church, or any special place.
Linear illustration
Hand-drawn or digitally illustration, the ideal option for elegant and simple invitations. This type of illustration can be printed using all available printing methods (digital, letterpress, and foil).
Watercolor illustration
Watercolor or digital illustration. Due to the color gradients, this type of illustration can only be printed with digital printing. I recommend textured paper, as its roughness will provide the ideal appearance.

I can design your invitations and wedding paper goods using different cards, embellishments and printing techniques. These are the papers and printing techniques that I like most, those that I have used and known for years, but if you have something different in mind, let me know, I would be very happy to use other materials.
