The service we offer is not an automated process; behind every invitation and graphic layout there is professional work based on human skills that machines cannot replace: craftsmanship, ingenuity and creativity.<\/p>

Each envelope is hand lined, each seal applied by hand, one by one; all with delicacy and care.<\/p>

For this reason, there is a fixed fee to pay for the design, layout and service. This way you are free to print the exact quantity of invitations and\/or matching stationery that you actually need, without wasting paper or throwing your money away on extra copies that you don't need.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All the designs in the catalogue have a wide range of matching items such as info cards, RSVPs, table numbers, place cards, guest books, etc. The prices are per item, there are no pre-set packages, and you will only pay for what you actually need.\u00a0<\/p>

Buy the original model
This is the simplest solution if you wish to order the design exactly as presented. You will need to send us the text and indicate the desired quantities, whilst the fonts, colours, decorations and layout will remain unchanged. You will receive a single proof to check the text and authorise printing. This is not a revision stage, so it will not be possible to request graphic changes.<\/p>

Leave it to us
This mode includes a dedicated graphic service and allows you to customise the template together with our studio. You will be able to modify fonts, text colours, layout and the position of the decorations. Up to three graphic previews are included to define and approve the design. Furthermore, you will be able to add paper, envelopes, accessories and special finishes, and subsequently create all the desired wedding stationery.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, it is possible to customise catalogue designs. Certain changes, such as changing the proposed typeface, the colour of the texts, the position of the decors and the formats, can be made at no extra cost. Changing the colours of the decors incurs an additional cost, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the texts are inserted according to your specifications.<\/p>

You can see the royal invitation before making a decision; the samples are sent as per the catalogue and cannot be customised, but they will give you the opportunity to appreciate the design and the quality of the materials. The colours of the samples are indicative; the final print may have a slightly brighter or duller shade due to the production and printing processes taking place at different times.<\/p>

    The design and personalisation process takes a relative amount of time and also depends on you. Once we have received the payment and the text, we will send you the digital proof within a couple of working days; you can either approve it or request changes, and as changes always take a couple of working days, this will extend the turnaround time.\u00a0<\/p>

    Once the draft is confirmed, printing and assembly take 10-15 working days; some accessories and printing methods such as letterpress or hot foil stamping require more time, after which your invitations and stationery will be ready for dispatch.<\/p>

    Obviously, times may become longer in the event that the client has longer response, confirmation and payment times.<\/p>

    For bespoke designs times can be longer depending on the complexity of the graphics required, remember that the graphics are made specially for your wedding or event.<\/p>

    We recommend delivering the wedding invitations at least 3 months before the wedding, so please contact us at least 4 to 5 months in advance for catalogue designs and at least 6 to 7 months in advance for custom designs.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    In general, I do not provide digital files of my designs. This allows me to guarantee the quality of the final work, ensuring that everything is printed with professional printers on top quality paper.<\/p>

    However, I understand that in some cases, such as for menus or tableaus, there might be special requirements. For example, the venue or the caterer might offer to print the menus, or you might need to print the tableau at the last minute.<\/p>

    To meet these needs, I offer the possibility of purchasing digital files for menus and tableau at a fixed cost, but only if accompanied by an order for other elements to be printed. This would allow you to handle any last-minute changes or use local printing services if necessary.<\/p>

    Please note that it is not possible to order digital files only. This policy allows me to maintain some control over the quality and integrity of the final design.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    To avoid problems, a digital draft of the chosen graphic elements is always sent to you. No files are sent to the print shop without your approval. Therefore, if an error was present in the preview approved by you, be it spelling or typing errors, the reprint costs will be borne by you. Digital proofs serve not only to assess the aesthetic appearance, but also to carefully check the information and texts contained therein.<\/p>

    It is important to note that tone differences between samples, digital previews and printed invitations and graphics are not errors. The colours displayed may differ from the final print due to various factors such as; variations in paper shades, different monitor calibrations, printing processes and environmental conditions.<\/p>

    In addition, prints made at different times may also show slight differences in tone.<\/p>
