Every month starts with a theme
Each edition follows a different narrative thread.
A colour.
One season.
An atmosphere.
A reflection.
The letter originates from a thought, a moment, a feeling, or something that inspired me during that month.
Each envelope is then built around that visual world:
palette, paper, texture, materials and details.

Letters are dispatched every month, between the 20th and 28th approximately, via traditional post with real stamps.
Just like a little bit of post to look forward to in the letterbox.
Applications to receive the current month's edition close on the 15th of each month.
Subsequent registrations will be automatically included in the following month's shipment.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account.
We do remind you, however, that no refunds are issued for payments that have already been processed. If the renewal has already been charged, you will still receive the shipment scheduled for that month and the subscription will be cancelled from the next renewal onwards.
Yes! Letters are also sent abroad!
The subscription cost will vary depending on the destination country:
Italy: €8.50 per month
Rest of the world: €11.50 per month
The content of the letters remains exactly the same in both cases, the price difference depends solely on the shipping costs.
Letters are sent via standard mail without tracking. Should you have any issues or your letter does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you can write to me at any time at [email protected]
No, each month will be different.
Each letter will contain content, thoughts, inspiration and little creative touches, designed to make every delivery special.
Plumacreativa's letters are sent by traditional mail, with a stamp applied by hand, just like they used to be.
To maintain the slow and authentic atmosphere of the project, shipments are not trackable.
In most cases, letters arrive without problems within a few days, but sometimes postal times can vary slightly depending on the area or time of year.
If your letter has not arrived approximately 10 days after being notified of dispatch, please feel free to contact me: we will look for a solution together and consider a new shipment when necessary.
If you have changed your address or entered the wrong details, you can log into your account and change them.
If you have any problems, please email me as soon as possible at [email protected], so I can help you before the letter is sent.
The subscription automatically renews each month on the same day you signed up.
For example: if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your renewal will be on the 15th.
