Did you create your invitations independently on Canva, Illustrator, InDesign or another graphics programme? With ours wedding invitation printing service we help you turn your digital design into curated, ready-to-deliver stationery.
We check the file, prepare the proofs and guide you in choosing papers, envelopes, printing techniques and finishes. Furthermore, if necessary, we optimise the technical aspects of the project to achieve the best possible printing result.
The artwork remains yours; we take care of turning it into a product to be touched, admired and delivered with pride.
What does the service include
The service includes file review, optimisation for printing, advice on materials and up to three previews to define and approve the project.
This does not include the creation of new graphics or substantial changes to the design provided. If you wish to redesign the invitation, completely change the style or have bespoke illustrations created, you can choose our Customised graphics.

STEP 1
REQUEST A QUOTE
Fill in the form stating the desired format, quantity, paper types and finishes.
You will receive a detailed quote setting out the costs and the expected completion times.
STEP 2
send your file
Please share the project with us produced on Canva or send the file created with Illustrator, InDesign or another graphics program; we advise you to use vector programs and a resolution suitable for printing.
We will check dimensions, margins, bleed, image resolution, colours and printability.
For projects created on Canva, you can share the editable link or export the document as a “PDF for printing”.
STEP 3
Confirm the service
Once checked the feasibility of the file, could you please confirm the quote and proceed with the payment for the fixed service charge. This will allow us to achieve the first digital graphic preview.
STEP 4
Customised previews and technical advice
Following order confirmation, we will send you the first graphic preview with a comprehensive proposal of papers, printing methods, envelopes and accessories such as ribbons, seals, calligraphy or an embossing stamp.
We will guide you in choosing the most harmonious combinations and, if necessary, we will optimise your file to achieve the best possible result.
Included are up to 3 previews or revision rounds, so we can fine-tune every detail together before the final print.

Confirmation, printing and dispatch
After the’final approval, you will confirm the quantities and proceed with the payment of production costs. At this point we will start printing on the drawings and with the selected finishes.
Finally, we will prepare and dispatch your invitations via a trackable express courier.
Your professionally printed wedding invitations will be delivered straight to your home, ready to be handed out to your guests.
DECORATIVE OPTIONS AND CUSTOMISED DETAILS
Finishes & Details
It’s the details that make all the difference. You can complete your design with embossed stamps, sealing wax seals, calligraphy and silk ribbons. You can also enhance the envelopes with a personalised inner lining (liner).
Each element will be chosen to enhance the project and create a harmonious, well-thought-out whole that is consistent with the style of the wedding.

Every project requires a paper that brings out its colours, details and style to the full. That is why we will help you choose the most suitable paper and printing technique for your design.
You can choose from hammered, artisanal, smooth, translucent, coloured or cotton papers. Based on the project, we will evaluate the digital printing or special finishes such as foil, letterpress, embossing or blind embossing.
