The custom graphics service is designed for those who want personalised wedding invitations, created exclusively for your own event. We can start from a precise idea or help you define the style, colours and elements best suited to your wedding.
Together we will shape a unique project, capable of telling your story and reflecting your personality. Furthermore, we will develop the same visual identity across invitations, stationery for the ceremony and reception details.
STEP BY STEP
PROCESS
We have worked with many couples, even remotely, and Experience has allowed us to develop an efficient working method that will guide you throughout the entire process, even if you are far away. Below you will find an overview of the path from the request for quotation to the reception of your invitations.
STEP 1
QUOTE & BOOKING
Complete the questionnaire to tell us about your wedding and receive a bespoke quote.
To confirm the booking, payment of the fixed service fee will be required.
STEP 2
INSPIRATION & sketching
Send us images, colours, fonts and elements that represent the style you want. Starting from this information, we will create an initial design proposal and together we will define the aesthetic of the invitations.
STEP 3
Graphic design development
Following the approval of the initial proposal, we will develop the complete graphic design. You will receive the digital proofs included in the service, which will allow us to refine the layout, text and details. The approved illustrations cannot be radically altered, but it will be possible to request minor adjustments or corrections.
Finally, once the design and quantities are confirmed, you will receive the summary of printing, production and shipping costs.
STEP 4
printing, ASSEMBLY & SHIPPING
After the final balance, we will take care of printing and, if applicable, assembly and accessories. For example, we can finish the invitations with calligraphy, ribbons, embossing and wax seals. When the order is ready, we will ship it via a trackable express courier.

It is possible to order the Wedding Suite in two stages: first the invitations and then the other graphic co-ordinates. Each additional graphic element (such as menus, place cards, etc.) will have a separate layout cost. Printing and shipping of the graphic co-ordinates will be invoiced at the time of printing, based on quantities.
Any additional illustrations, beyond the one included in the initial project, will be quoted separately.
Customised illustrations
linear
Line illustration can be created by hand or digitally. It is ideal for creating elegant, minimalist and timeless wedding stationery. Furthermore, it can be reproduced using digital printing, letterpress or hot foil stamping.
watercolour
The watercolour illustration is perfect for representing a location, a landscape or a particularly significant element. The colour hues are reproduced through digital printing. To obtain a tactile and delicate result, we recommend pairing it with textured paper which, being rough, will give the ideal appearance.
Examples of custom wedding invitations
We can create a monogram, design floral elements or produce an illustration of your venue, the church or a place that is important to you. In this way, every detail of the wedding suite will tell a part of your story.

- Fixed Cost of Service €250
It includes the design of the design for invitations/participations, regardless of the number of elements and design.
The price is fixed and does not vary according to the number of elements. This cost only covers the initial design of the invitations, including one (1) personalised illustration and the possible addition of floral elements to complete the design. - Adaptation and Layout cad €15
Adapting the graphics created for the invitations, applied to the various elements of the wedding.
Declination of graphics in the various elements of the wedding: menus, place cards, programmes, etc...
Each graphic adaptation costs €15. - Additional illustrations (linear) from €90
Realisation of new linear illustrations from a photo, without colour, shading or texture.
This charge applies for each additional illustration requested beyond that included in the initial charge, e.g. illustration of the church - Additional illustrations (watercolour) from €150
Creation of new watercolour illustrations from a photo.
This charge applies for each additional illustration requested beyond that included in the initial charge, e.g. the illustration of the church. - Map (linear) from €160
