Per questo motivo, c’è una quota fissa da pagare per la grafica, impaginazione e servizio. In questo modo siete liberi di stampare la quantità di inviti e/o coordinati che realmente vi servono, senza sprecare carta nè buttare via i vostri soldi per copie extra che non vi servono.

Potete vedere l’invito reale prima di prendere una decisione, i campioni vengono spediti come da catalogo e non possono essere personalizzati, però vi daranno l’opportunità di apprezzare il design e la qualità dei materiali. I colori dei campioni sono indicativi, la stampa finale può avere una tonalità leggermente più accesa o spenta, questo dovuto ai processi di produzione e di stampa in due momenti diversi.

Ogni campione è composto da un invito completo che comprende: l’invito cerimonia, l’invito ricevimento, l’info card, la busta con liner (fodera interna) e l’adesivo chiudilettera. Potete acquistare il campione here.

I campioni vengono spediti come da catalogo e non possono essere personalizzati, però vi daranno l’opportunità di apprezzare il design e la qualità dei materiali e capire i diversi metodi di stampa.

4. Once the down payment has been made and the texts have been received, within 5 working days you will be sent the first digital draft of your chosen elements, you can make changes, your order includes 3 digital previews, each draft takes about 2 working days. 
5. With final approval, you will need to pay printing and shipping costs depending on the final quantities to proceed with production.
6. After receipt of final payment, your order will go into production and take 10-15 working days, some accessories and alternative printing methods need 20-25 working days.

Yes, it is possible to customise catalogue designs. Certain changes, such as changing the proposed typeface, the colour of the texts, the position of the decors and the formats, can be made at no extra cost. Changing the colours of the decors incurs an additional cost, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the texts are inserted according to your specifications.

Il processo di disegno e personalizzazione ha dei tempi relativi e dipendono anche da voi. Una volta ricevuto il pagamento e i testi in un paio di giorni lavorativi vi invieremo la bozza digitale, potete confermarla o apportare modifiche, le modifiche richiedono sempre un paio di giorni lavorativi, quindi i tempi vengono allungati. 

Una volta confermata la bozza, per la stampa e il confezionamento servono 10-15 giorni lavorativi, alcuni accessori e metodi di stampa come il letterpress o la stampa a caldo richiedono più tempo, dopodiché  le vostre partecipazioni e coordinati saranno pronti per la spedizione.

Ovviamente i tempi possono allungarsi nel caso in cui il cliente abbia tempi di risposta, conferma e pagamenti più lunghi.

Consigliamo di consegnare le partecipazioni almeno 3 mesi prima del matrimonio, quindi di contattarci almeno 4/5 mesi prima per i disegni a catalogo e almeno 6/7 mesi prima per i disegni personalizzati.

Unlike those semi-custom designs, custom designs are created specifically for you, so there will be no other married couples who can have the same design. 

On the online shop you will find the products that can be purchased; coloured envelopes, personalised stamps and wax seals.

All other accessories are only sold if there is an order for invitations or graphic co-ordinates.

For Italy, shipping has a fixed cost of €17 up to 10kg, with approximate delivery in 2 working days, insurance of goods is optional at an additional cost. 

For EU countries the rate varies depending on the destination, approximately € 25 / € 45 up to 5kg. For shipping outside the EU you will be provided with a personalized quote. Indicative delivery times for International shipments 2-5 working days, any customs clearance procedures incurred may delay original shipping estimate (for non-EU countries only).

All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. International customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for additional information. 

All shipments are traceable, you will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

In general, I do not provide digital files of my designs. This allows me to guarantee the quality of the final work, ensuring that everything is printed with professional printers on top quality paper.

However, I understand that in some cases, such as for menus or tableaus, there might be special requirements. For example, the venue or the caterer might offer to print the menus, or you might need to print the tableau at the last minute.

To meet these needs, I offer the possibility of purchasing digital files for menus and tableau at a fixed cost, but only if accompanied by an order for other elements to be printed. This would allow you to handle any last-minute changes or use local printing services if necessary.

Please note that it is not possible to order digital files only. This policy allows me to maintain some control over the quality and integrity of the final design.

Of course! If the order is still being processed, you can increase the quantity. If, on the other hand, the order has already been shipped, you will have to pay not only the printing costs of the additional products, but also the cost of reopening the order and the new shipment.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reduce the quantities of items already paid for and sent to production. That is why I ask you to accurately calculate the quantities you need.

To avoid problems, a digital draft of the chosen graphic elements is always sent to you. No files are sent to the print shop without your approval. Therefore, if an error was present in the preview approved by you, be it spelling or typing errors, the reprint costs will be borne by you. Digital proofs serve not only to assess the aesthetic appearance, but also to carefully check the information and texts contained therein.

It is important to note that tone differences between samples, digital previews and printed invitations and graphics are not errors. The colours displayed may differ from the final print due to various factors such as; variations in paper shades, different monitor calibrations, printing processes and environmental conditions.

In addition, prints made at different times may also show slight differences in tone.

No, there is no minimum order for any graphic co-ordination in the catalogue. 

Requests for special processes such as hot stamping, letterpress and some accessories have a minimum order of 50 equal pieces.
