Shipping to Italy
Shipping throughout Italy at a cost of 17€, delivery within 2 working days.

Delivery times are calculated in working days only and do not include holidays or the time needed to process the order. The production time depends on the type of order, the time it is placed and the date of the event; the minimum period required is 15 working days from receipt of the data required to produce the material, but may be subject to significant variations depending on circumstances.

Delivery attempts
If the addressee is absent, a second delivery attempt is made. If the addressee is also absent on the second attempt, a notice is left with the contact details of the post office where the addressee can pick up his or her parcel during the next 10 working days, including Saturdays.

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking to check the progress of the shipment.
Delivery times may be delayed.
No deliveries will be made on public holidays or weekends.

For the wedding line, we only accept payment by bank transfer in advance. This method guarantees a secure transaction and allows you to proceed with the preparation of your order once the transfer has been confirmed.
